Bottle shared by Brennan. Thanks man!

Beautiful bright golden yellow hue with a thin ringlet of white head. Slightly sweet nose, grape skins. Vinous with mild acidity. Pears shine through in the flavor. Delicious!

On site pour at Hill Farmstead. 375ml bottle into globe. Carefully decanted into glass by staff.

Golden straw, slightly hazed with orange glow. Just off white head, foamy big bubbles, settles into thin collar and a single floating island of foam. Faint lacing clings in swirls around the glass.

Aroma is delicate but hits many aspects. Faint tart candy, grassy field, light fresh fruit.

Flavor is also delicate and refined. Nothing overpowers anything. Pear is a delicate flavor, it is not hidden by the brew or aging process, and it also does not take over and mask the base flavors with fruit.

Moderate carbonation, soft, medium body.

Perfectly blended and excellent use of a difficult fruit. I could not think of any noticeable flaws. The refinement and balance of the flavors is the most impressive aspect.
