12oz. can into a Founders snifter.
Nose is citrus, peach, lychee, pineapple, and kiwi. Moderately aromatic. Beer opens cotton candy, citrus, strawberry, and kiwi. Notes of pineapple, resin, and overripe cantaloupe in the middle. Astringent citrus, grapefruit, and grass in the end and aftertaste. Body is light with ample carbonation. Bone dry on the palate and goes down astringeny, grassy. Resiny finish that sticks to the palate and lasts.
Not their best work but solid nonethless.

Picked up a sixer of cans a couple weeks ago - not a fan of the NEIPA style (which this is? Isn’t? Who knows) but Hill Farmstead are masters of coaxing out those exceptionally nuanced flavors of hops. The make magic especially from those new age varietals.
I prefer my IPAs on the clearer end of the spectrum so that’s the only sub-excellent aspect of the beer. This brew is like a hop-orchestra without any one instrument playing too loud and nothing is out of tune: tangerine, orange, pine.
Smooth and soft but appropriately bitter. Way too easy to drink quickly.

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice cloudy yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice one-finger plus creamy white head, which leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple), pretty nice diesel like. Medium Body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a very tasty brew. Glad to have gotten a chance to try it. Addictive! Orange Julius! Thanks Kyle!
