Just about as perfect as a light saison can be - even the head had thin artful swirls long after the pour. It's just a beautiful looking and a beautiful tasting beer. Not too sour or tart, extremely tasty and quenching, the smell is strong. Just wow!

750ml bottle, dated 12.08.2022, poured into a stemless wine glass. Enjoyed on 10.20.2023, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright golden color, lemon and straw hues, nice clarity with a fluffy and foamy white head, excellent retention and lacing. The aroma is nice, very herbal and earthy, plenty of bright Motueka hop, citrus, wildflower, sweet honey, pale grain and mineral water. The flavors are nice, tangy citrus, wildflower, grass clippings, herbal and green raw hop, honey, pale dough and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating, tangy, lightly tart medium body, vibrant carbonation with a dry finish.
Verdict: A very nice hopped version of Anna. The Motueka gets a chance to shine and creates an interesting herbal and tangy version of Anna that still retains the signature honey character.
