This version of Harlan underwent two distinct rounds of dry hopping. As is normal with all of our beers, the first round of dry hopping was done with personally selected and pelletized hops from the 2018 harvest. We then further conditioned a portion of this Harlan atop freshly harvested, dried whole leaf Columbus hop cones from nearby Whitefield Hop Yard.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy burnt orange with an inch of head. Citrus aroma with some pine and white grapes. Lots of lacing. Melon, grapefruit, pine and grass. Dry with a heavy mouthfeel and lots of carbonation. Grassy hop finish. A bit boozier tasting than expected.

Tasted like it was filtered through cucumbers. Started off the right way but lost it in the finish.
