Conditioned a portion of our wheat imperial stout, Genealogy of Morals—which had aged more than 29 months in selected Bourbon barrels—atop coffee from the Las Delicias farm in Colombia, owned and run by the Rojas family, and sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen.

This one pours a very dark and silky looking black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like black cherry, creamy coffee, tobacco, bourbon, caramel, and oak.
The coffee comes as very fruity here, with black cherry and blueberry, along with caramel, vanilla, molasses, and tobacco. There's a little bit of bourbon, but it's mostly oak and caramel from the barrel.
This is very lightly carbonated, but that's mostly the case with this series lately. It's quite silky, with very little booziness.
This wasn't my favorite in the series, but it was still a very high quality stout using a very high quality roast of coffee.

Dark brown appearance with a sparse tan head that recedes slowly to a collar, no lacing. Coffee, sweet bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, roasty sweet malt. Medium to thick body, soft carbonation, silky smooth.

The Genealogy Of Morals line has had excellent beer. This one was nearly flat. For the price I paid it should have been better. Quality control was lacking here.
