A single barrel of Flora that had aged for nearly a year was selected and conditioned further atop a blend of blueberries from Fisher Brothers Farm in Shelburne and organically grown cherries from Elmore Roots in nearby Elmore.

Pours a blood-hued rosé-red body capped with a finger of pillowy, sickly-white foam; solid head retention leaves a fuzzy layer of cap, large collar, and no lacing holding with any longevity to the walls of the glass.
Aroma boasts notes of cherry compote interwoven with blueberry pie filling as a milky funk phases effortlessly into crisp white wine and a slight, pastoral oak undertone builds gently in the distance.
Taste shows cherry esters coating cream of wheat, peaking with dry blueberry wine over the mid-palate as a delicate funk underscores and an oaky graze marks the swallow.
Mouthfeel presents a light-medium body along with a taut fluff of spritzy, moderate carbonation; modest tartness crosses the mid-palate as light acidity accents a gentle twang and earthy grit through the finish.
Understated complexity rises to the forefront, a fluid, ripe fruit crop effortlessly settling into rustic proficiency; comprehensively stellar.

This one pours a clean burnished reddish color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like dried cherry, dried blueberry, cinnamon, nutmeg, and some nutty spice.
This reminds me a bit of some of the Merkels that Suarez has put out – as those beers really sometimes lean into how some varieties of cherry can taste spiced, almost like cherry cobbler filling or something. This is nutty and spicy in a really pleasant way, with a manageable acidity, and a pleasantly integrated fruit character.
This is much less sour than either Flora Cherry or Flora Blueberry was, and is all the better for that. It’s drinkable, clean, and pretty crisp on the finish.
This is one of the better fruited Floras that I’ve had in a bit now.
