This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange color, with a fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells very herbal and mineral heavy, with some bitter botanical, melon, lemon/lime, gin, a touch of bready sweetness, and hay.
This kind of reminds me if they did a double dry hopped version of Gin Soigne. It’s super botanical, herbal, and ultimately refreshing, with that herbal root character from the barrel character adding a very pleasant earthy sweetness, and bitterness as well. There’s a nice citrusy and lemony hop character, with a touch of sweetness, and a citrusy hay-like funk.
This is light bodied, but full on the palate, with a great drinkability.
This is one of the more unique beers this brewery has done, and one of my favorites in this cool little series.

Bottle at the source. Split with Keith.
Pale bright yellow clear body with a quarter inch of bone white head. Huge floral / herbal aroma. Tea-like flavor with medium hop bitterness. Tasty.
