This one pours a light reddish/pink-ish color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells kind of honey-like, with black currant, lemon, citrus, and a touch of maple.
Maple and currant could have been very weird and clashing, but it does oddly work here. The maple is pretty light, and seems to smooth out the tarter edges of the fruit, leaving a soft and pleasant sweetness to it. There’s some candied lemon and hay, general citrus vibes, and some white wine..
This is light bodied, soft, very lightly tart, and very drinkable.
These beers have all been pretty creative and weird, and I’ve pretty universally enjoyed them.
