This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells herbal, with some leathery and almost musty notes, with milk chocolate, caramel, and oak.
This is a very unique stout, with more umami and earthy elements than the standard barrel aged stout. It’s distinctly leathery, in a cool way, with some dried fruit, prune and raisin, some vanilla, and more typical delicious notes of milk chocolate and caramel. There’s a light oakiness as well. It’s starts sweet, with fruity and chocolate notes, and ends herbal with the more unique leathery and oaky notes.
This is medium bodied, very creamy, and not at all boozy.
This won’t appeal to everybody, as it’s very unique and doesn’t follow typical stout paths.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery.
A - Espresso black. thin mocha ring, maintains itself during the entire experience.
S - German chocolate cake, dark cherry, brown sugar, vanilla. some black pepper, leather, raisan,
T - Dark chocolate, dark fruits, again a vanilla and black pepper line in there.
Add all there are all the aromatic elements on top.
M - Thick, viscous, sweet start, pushing right up to the line, then backing off. Mid palate is a symphony, ending in a pleasant semi dry linger.
O - A very good stout with almost too much going on. That element alone makes me want another bottle
