We offer this Golden Lager—uncomplicated, traditional, yet imbued with intent. A toast to laughter and to the beautiful obsessions that make life worth living. Brewed with noble German hops and organic malts, it was lagered in oak for three months, then krausened with fresh-fermenting beer for slow, natural, and soft carbonation. This celebratory lager embodies all the qualities that Shaun and Dan cherish in a classic European lager.

This one pours a clear orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like toasty bread, slightly spicy hops, a touch of sweet oakiness, and a touch of lemon.
I love that both of the anniversary collaboration releases with Suarez are just simple and uncomplicated “drinking beers.” They could have easily done an absolutely killer blend of some of each of the brewery’s best country beers and Farmstead ales, but they’re just making simple, unpretentious beers. This has a nice little mild sweetness, slightly oaky, slightly bready, with a touch of spicy and citrusy hop character.
This is light bodied, soft, and super drinkable.
I really, really enjoyed both of the Suarez collabs, and am just so happy we finally got a collaboration with these two breweries.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
