pour is amber with a nice lace of protein and sugar. Clear. Nose is bubble gum sugar that i've found common in the american lager yeast and mild toasty sesame bread hints. Palate is balanced and dry. Yeast has rendered beer sugarless. A bit of earthy minerals and hop dryness. Brisk floral but no distinct fruit qualities. Pollen apple malty. Great drinkablity with a food ready dryness.

Sample 3 of 4.

Pour is a clear honey amber with a fluffy white head. Good retention and thick clumps of dry lacing. Aroma is a nice, soft blend of caramel, honey and faint hops. Full bodied with light, fine carbonation and a dry, slightly resiny finish. Sweet malty body, a touch of honey and an earthy finish. Easy drinking, full flavored and bodied, a nice Maibock.
