The third offering in our Cellar Series is a celebratory homage to one of our favorite west coast fresh hop India Pale Ales, produced in collaboration with Barrique Brewing of Nashville, TN. Brewed with Vienna malt and fermented with our house Bavarian lager yeast, this beer uses whole-cone Cascade and Columbus hops in the whirlpool and is dry-hopped with fresh Cascade, Columbus, and Chinook hops from the Pacific Northwest. Deep amber in color with bright and juicy notes of pine, resin, grapefruit, and caramel with a soft, chewy mouthfeel and lightly dry and bitter finish.

On tap at Casual Pint Sevierville TN
A- pours a clear amber color with a one finger creamy white head that has great retention and plenty of lacing
S- pine resin, orange peel, cracker malt
T- bright and citrusy up front with some underlying grainy malt. Mod-palate gives some resinous pine and citrus peel. The finish is crisp and semi dry with more citrus on the linger
M- medium-light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish
