The Winter IPA is stronger, darker, and hoppier than our Singlemalt IPA. This hop forward beer is brewed with Cascade, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Chinook hops. The hop flavor and aroma spans a wide profile of piney, sweet fruits, and a noticeable bitterness. The complex grain bill gives it a rich amber color, a full body, and a dry finish.

Growler from the brewery. Super fresh first day it's been on tap. I would have had no idea this was an ipa by the look of it. Deep amber in color wih cream head. Pine up front with a citrus and dry bitter finish, but smooth. Has the nice ipa kick to it too. I feel like its a great slow sipper. Really balanced and flavorful. Really nailed this one!
