A: Pours hazy golden with a small white airy head that sets into almost no lacings at all.
S: Sweet malt, spices and yeast. A bit sour. Rich fruityness; oranges and apples, mainly.
T: Sweet malt, a bit bready. Lots of yeast. Rich spices; pepper and basil. Still a bit sour. Rich fruityness; green apples, oranges and lemon sezt. Perhaps a little hay.
M: Sour afterataste. Light in body and rich in carbonaiton. Very refreshing.
O: A nice try from Eskilstuna; but if you want a really nice Saison - go Belgian.
