can dated 1/22/21; it was April 13th when I poured it so not exactly fresh
pours an OJ/Grapefruit juice looking body with a minor galaxy of floaters and a fizzy big-bubbled white sudsy head that peaks at about a finger and a half and holds with low retention. it leaves rare sudsy bubbles as lacing behind as it settles to a thin fizz halo with a slightly murky cap
aroma is tangerine, OJ, and brown sugar; earthy hop in the mix among grapefruit notes as well
taste follows that straight up. it's sweet but has a solid balance of earthy bittersweet in the mix as well that holds it together. it's juicy and pithy in it's sweetness
the mouthfeel: mid-level carbonation and medium-light body; feels pretty light and pillowy but as it warms up you feel a little more weight and graininess to it. finishes slightly dry and has a grapefruit earthy bittersweet aftertaste
overall:
now flash or flights of fancy here, but boy howdy does it work. if you're a fan of OJ leaning IPAs with solid grapefruit and brown sugar hits, don't miss it. it also doesn't feel as high of abv as it is - more like a 5'er honestly.
another solid entry in a solid series by a solid brewer.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is very mild as is lacing. Orange tangerine aroma with some mild piney bitterness. Bitter citrus orange taste. Sprucy piney ending. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

12oz canned 6-10-20, opened 7-10-20.
1 finger white and sudsy head, large bubbles. Short retention - down to a ring quickly.
Pale yellow-gold color, fully opaque.
Sharp, pungent fresh squeezed citrus (navel oranges, tangerines), weeds, definitely dank. Some tropical pineapple.
Vivid, bright and intense citrus flavors. Oranges, grapefruit, tangerine...big fresh fruit flavors.
Medium body, low-medium carbonation. Moderate rind bitterness followed by a juicy hop drenched finish.
Very good.

Wow even though this beer is old (sold during the summer canned sooner) it still has a great tangerine fruit taste to the hops not just an IPA marketing it's "tangerine" flavor. Really wish I would have got to this sooner I bet the fruity hop taste would have been even more potent but in this state it was still well worth the price of admission. Try it!

12 oz can traded from Superspak. No can date. Poured into wide mouthed Ploughshare glass.
Very hazy/juicy looking pour. Tons of pillowy head, 2 fingers, lots of lace. Very nice.
Aroma of fresh, sharp, peppery tangerine. Slight clementine. Just impeccable aroma of a freshly peeled tangerine - biting peppery rind and all. Wonderful.
Flavor brings that tangerine forward. I'm wondering if it's from hops or just a ton of real tangerines. Tangerine, clementine, nectarine, slight pepper, slight green herbal. Good stuff here.
Feel is crisp but has a ton of lovely creaminess supporting it. Really enjoyable mouthfeel.
Overall, a fantastic IPA. My only regret is that I didn't drink this on a hot day.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/16/2018. Pours very hazy/cloudy golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tangerines, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness; and slight fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tangerines, and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and fruit tang/tartness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, and lightly sticky/tangy/acidic mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an awesome fruited NEIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tangerines, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish, great soft feel. Extremely juicy and vibrant hops/tangerines with light dankness; great wheat/oat/malt balance, not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
