A great "finished opening the cottage" beer. Pours a pale yellow color with a small head that lasts quite a while. Slight aroma of lime. Taste is crisp and dry with a hint of lime. A good summer beer.

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 6/27/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy limes, citrus peel/zest, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of limes, pils malts, and earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy limes, citrus peel/zest, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and lime tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy limes, citrus peel/zest, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of limes, pils malts, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness, and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no astringent hop/fruit notes after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering hop/fruit bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky/resin/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited American pale lager. All around great robustness and balance of limes, pils malts, and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish;. very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance between vibrant limes, clean pils malts, and earthy noble hops. Zero residual sweetness with crisp drying. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. No complaints. Liked it more than the base beer, no noticeable corn notes at all.
