On tap at Which Craft Taproom in Midland, MI.

Arrived with a short but durable khaki colored head over an essentially black body.

Both the aroma and the flavor carry an amazing amount of dark chocolate. Tasting brings out the bourbon and coffee as well as complex effects of the bourbon barrels themselves. Strong and bittersweet.

canned on date of 12/21/21. Consumed on 6/2/22.

Appearance: blsck bodied beer with thick 2 fingers tall cap of medium brown head. Lots of sticky lacing slowly and eventually drops down to thin uneven cap. Sticky lacing all over the glass.

Smell: Whiskey barrel aged tiramisu. Coffee soaked ladyfingers. Cream. Chocolate. light booze.

Taste: Lightly boozy tiramisu. Creamy. Coffee. Vanilla. Chocolate. Lightly oaky bourbon. Lingering moderately bitter coffee finish. Some how this barrel aged stout still seems to balance out very nicely.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied stout. On the thinner side. I don't mind that this is thinner bodied stout. It actually works well with the Tiramisu vibes. This is not boozy at all. Finish is dry coffee notes with a hint of bourbon and cream. Creamy and decadent body/texture.

Overall: Really good representation of what a barrel aged Tiramisu stout would taste like. Really smooth drink that is well executed. Lots of chocolate and cream. Dessert beer that really isn't into that pastry stout dessert realm. Well done by Oddsides. I am a big fan of Tiramisu and this did not disappoint.
