On tap at Odd Side over my Christmas holiday visit to Michigan.
"Made w/ beet, orange peel, and pink peppercorn."
Pours a light copper color with a short off-white head and light lacing on the way down. The nose carries pepper and a bit of orange peel, though I'd say there's too much beet. The flavor is particularly heavy on the beet, though it's quite interesting. Light body with a bit of bitterness and slight peppery spice. Boom.
