Pours a cloudy raspberry puree color, with a red tinged amber at the top, bottom and edges, topped with a one finger pinkish-white head, leaves thin webs of lacing.
Raspberry and wheat in the tart aroma, fermenting fruit puree.
Raspberry, including the seeds, wheat make up most of the tart taste as well. Nice to see a local fruit beer using something other than blueberry.
Medium, bodied with good drinkability. A little low on the carbonation, and the head could have been stronger.
