Overall a solid summer time beer - the only complaint is it definitely has a taste of watermelon jolly rancher. The taste of the watermelon was very poignant and too artificially sweet.

Brewed for the Horseshoe Pub in Hudson, MA.
This watermelon ale poured a clear, yellow color with white foam that settled but clung to the glass a little bit. The smell was minimally malty with a hint of watermelon and a touch of sweetness. The taste was malty and bready with a slight tanginess up front and a light watermelon flavor throughout. The mouthfeel was crisp with medium-light body and strong carbonation. The aftertaste was lightly malty. This ale was not bad and was light on the watermelon flavor. It was a refreshing, light, summertime ale.
