The liquid is a striking juxtaposition to the somber vibe of the art, coming off bright and fruity. The beer holds a beautifully consistent haze and has excellent head retention that props up a bouquet of sweet stone fruit and dank pine. The hop bill features a tropical trifecta of El Dorado, Citra, and Triumph that meld beautifully and really add depth to the mid-palate.

Grabbed a few things at Trader Joe’s so grabbed one of these beers as well. Had generally liked this series from Mother Earth. An online description I found read “The liquid is a striking juxtaposition to the somber vibe of the art, coming off bright and fruity. Poured a light golden orange hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Could see some bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent uneven foamy lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled El Dorado, candied orange, peach, stone fruit, pineapple, Citra, papaya, guava, honeydew melon and sappy pine. A little better out of the can. (Smell - 3.75)
Tasted about as good as the nose. In order El Dorado, candied orange, peach, stone fruit, pineapple, tangerine, Tang, Citra, papaya, guava, honeydew melon, sappy pine and caramel. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
A nice beer overall. Would have it again for sure. (Overall - 4.00)

Draft at downtown taproom. Hazy pour, small white foamy head. Aroma and taste are citrusy and juicy, notes oforange and grapefruit peel. Zesty, bitter.

Another haze-bomb from Revision:Idaho (i.e. Mother Earth), this one pours that familiar glowing orange with a huge bright white head. There are strong juicy and dank impressions with clear notes of melon and mango; the hops are nice. Dry-er finish with some bitterness too. Good stuff.

Off white to orange-overtones in the head that has reasonable duration. A little lacing, but nothing impressive or notable. Smell and taste of tropical fruit, but rather subtle and not obvious "in your face" single fruit. This is a nice mix. It really shines on the feel. Body on the heavy side but somehow finishes very clean. Perhaps slightly on the light side of Moderate carbonation. Overall a really nice hazy. I went out and bought more, which is rare for me,

the latest (and possibly greatest!) from the project x series, which if you are not keeping up with, you are completely missing out on the best hazy beers in the state. this is fire, absolutely so, the can art is so sick too, triumph hops make it unique, this varietal is starting to appear in a lot of stuff of late, but this is a great showcase of it, especially with el dorado and citra along for the ride, it comes across in aroma and flavor as incredibly unique, which is hard to do with these nowadays, and there is a lightness despite the higher abv, its not has hazy and thick as some of them have been, its on the dry side, and its pillowy not heavy in feel. the hops move from ripe melon to citrus candy to juicy fruit gum, lemongrass in here too, fresh muddled, high summer, this is what they mean when they say juice bomb! amazing how much all of this transfers through to the taste, super vibrant and fresh and right up to the max out line without crossing it, no green in here at all, no pellet burn, and its cool because after i swallow each sip, which is drier, new fruits rush back, mango, white grapes, even plantain, its exotic and different and fun and well executed and not at all forced, more brewers need to take a page out of this book, just excellent hazy ipa, gold standard level in these parts. well done mother earth, this series rules and it keeps getting better! do not miss this.
