From harvest to kettle within hours, our single-hopped, Citra IPA is dry, but juicy, with intense aromas reminiscent of citrus, and loads of tropical fruit. A simple malt bill and dry finish ensure it's all about the hops. Grown locally, just 30 minutes from our brewery, this beer is literally as 'Fresh as it Gets'. Welcome to hopland.

Went over to Windmill Farms from work and ended up once again spending way too much on beer. Untappd description was “From harvest to kettle within hours, our single-hopped, Citra IPA is dry, but juicy, with intense aromas reminiscent of citrus, and loads of tropical fruit. Poured a medium amber clear color with 3-to-4 fingers of white frothy head. Could see slow-moving bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Citra, wet grass, grapefruit peel, peppery spice, floral, perfume, lemon, lime, dish soap and herbal. About as good from the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose. Got Citra, wet grass, grapefruit peel, floral, perfume, lemon, dish soap, herbal, trash and lingering peppery spice. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, dry finish. (Feel - 4.00)
This was a good one. Glad I picked up a can. (Overall - 4.00)

Pours a cloudy golden straw with a finger of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin ring with some lacing. Aroma of pineapple and tropical fruit. Taste follows nose.
