16 oz can Genesis 8/11/25 purchased at Trader Joes.
Hazy straw to gold. Fluffy white head has good retention and leaves slight lacing.
Nose has a nice mix of hops and sweet grain. Hops bring some citrus, apricot, peach, melon and grass.
Flavor is more hops: orange zest, apricot, berries, melon and some oily grass meets resin. Grain note is the sweeter side of biscuity.
Mouthfeel is active, a tad fluffy and weighs in a tad shy of medium.

From a 4-pack picked up at Target in Missoula, MT
16oz can poured into a Fat Head's nonic pint
P cloudy opaque straw/light orange; 1f foamy white head
N soft-med to med juicy citrus and nectarine; pleasant
T a tangy, semi-sweet blend of melon, citrus, and green hops over light biscuity malt; ripe fruity tanginess/juiciness in the finish; solid; a bit of stone fruit as it opens; a touch of vanilla as well
Mf med-bodied; med-high carb
O a pretty good hazy; not quite as standout as their last Project X iteration (Blended Reality), but decent in its own right

Canned 7/8/25 consumed from a tall tulip 8/15/25. Grapefruit, apricot, and melon upon pouring. 2-finger dense white head recedes in a moderate amount of time Leaves some sticky lacing. opaque gold/tan liquid. Taste follows nose, plus some juicy fruit gum. Wonderful, almost creamy mouthfeel with a touch of tingly carbonation. Quite heavy body. I really like the mouthfeel.

the latest in this series, finally one without terps! that was getting old here, and this one seems back to just hops, and its a welcomed reprieve. it is a bit sweet, especially as it warms, an almost confectionary sugar note at the end and on the swallow, even a vanilla wrinkle to it, so its limiting really, but the hop profile is awesome and this is a very modern and tasty hazy overall. love the mix of hops on this, some new school stuff that packs a lot in, berries and lemongrass and white grape, nelson and elani and vic secret, citra too, an ideal combination for a dry hop forward brew like this, honeydew and cantaloupe, white coconut flesh and water, orange starburst candy, tangerine, papaya, very compelling. the bitterness is wicked low and so is the hop burn, nothing oversaturated about this one despite its boldness, some oily texture in the middle but not danky really, not in that vein. the grain is a little fuller, and it sure is sweet, but its fluffy too and i think the hops surf all this starch in a cool way. some bitterness might snap it up a little, but it could also stand to be fermented a tad drier, its not a four pints kind of thing in its current form even though the hop profile is good enough for this to be an endless drinker, the sugar is a killer. that said, this still rules and the sweetness does enhance the hops at the climax in a flattering way for sure, a hard beer to be anything other than complimentary about. good bit of innovation at mother earth this time, nice to see so many new ones rolling out. the hops in this are great, elani is recognizable, the future for this varietal is bright! great recipe.
