We’re excited to introduce Liquid Spectrum Hazy IPA, the newest release in our rotating Project X Series—a small-batch program where brewing creativity meets original artwork.
This latest hazy IPA features a layered hop bill of Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Galaxy, and Mosaic, delivering a vibrant mix of fruit-forward aromatics and a smooth, pillowy body that keeps things balanced from first sip to finish.

i feel like these have been dropping a little quicker lately, which rules, i love the series, and they seem to have gone back to hops not terpenes as the primary aroma and flavor agent, which i appreciate, those ones were fun but often too intense, overdone, and getting a tad samey, so this is a nice return to the good stuff, nelson forward in nose and taste, but a nice supporting cast too, nice and fresh, not too much grain heft, this drinks a little easier than some recent ones have, and it warms up real nice too, another great ipa in this series, cool art here too! straw colored, eggshell luster, high white head with good retention and some lace marking each pull, prickly carbonation the whole way. aroma of fruity white wine, dried apricot, fleshy coconut, and maybe a little mango and peach tropical character, orange zest and like its essential oils, fresh, faintly floral, profile fits the springtime weather we are finally having, moderate intensity, low bitterness. the flavor is daffodils and sauvignon blanc and still green strawberries with some pulpy mango there as well, a little bit of sweetness, almost more dextrose than specifically grainy, but im not sure how this is made, its got a little off dry linger but what stays is pleasant. papaya, apricot again, and some navel orange as it warms, really nice profile, quite a bit of the strata character here with the nelson, soft white wheaty base i think, some crackery basic maltiness in the center, just enough, mid body for the style, peppy carbonation, a little pithy thing right at the end but still low ibu. rock solid, cool hop mix, not radically unique but once again extremey well done in this series! ill drink my share of this release...

into a tall Pilsner glass three weeks after canning. Not particularly impressive in looks thin, head of short duration. No real lacing. But impressive in both smell and flavor a touch of bitterness, combined with citrus and a good amount of stone fruit, including peach and apricot. Almost creamy mouth feel. moderate carbonation. overall a nice choice if you like stone fruit influence in your hazy.
