Appearance: clear amber in color with a nice 1" head that lasted a bit. A few spots of lace appear during the drink.
Smell: the aroma is strong with cinammon and other spices.
Taste: the flavor has a decent malt backbone with cinammon, ginger, peppercorn, apples, and mild bitterness rounding it out. The spices are quite prominent on the tastebuds.
Mouthfeel: lightly crisp at the start and finish. The aftertaste was spicy.
Drinkability: I felt the drinkability was average, as one of these was more than enough even though the flavor was enjoyable on a cold winter day.
