Enjoyed in a tulip glass.
A: Medium brown with a one finger tan head that lingers. Nice lacing.
S: Malt heavy with some chocolate in the mix.
T: Now this is good. Rich, robust malts dominate with a chocolate backbeat. Nice.
M: Creamy. Medium mouthfeel with medium, chewy carbonation. Very textured.
O: Another great entry from STA. I'd definitely drink again. Slide into a malt rocket ship of stellar taste. Recommended.

Poured from a bomber. Nice off white head that did not last terribly long. Dark brown color with black cherry like tones when held to the light. Medium carbonation. A faint chocolate aftertaste but mostly malt. No hop qualities are discernible. Mouthfeel is near perfect. A little high in alcohol

A: Pours chestnut brown with one finger tan head that settles to a thin ring.
S: Caramel, bready malts.
T: Sweet malts. Brown sugar and a slight hop bite.
M: Medium body and average carbonation. Finish is a touch sweet.
O: Straight forward and enjoyable take on a German bock.
