Poured on draft at taproom. This is a basic tripel aged in Chardonnay barrels from Church St Wine Shoppe.
A: Golden honey yellow with small one finger head that settles to a thin ring leaving virtually no lacing.
S: Belgian yeast esters and white wine. Some light banana and clove.
T: Banana and clove mixed with Chardonnay.
M: Medium body with light carbonation. Finish is slightly dry.
O: Tasty beer and a nice departure from STA's other offerings
