I personally didn't care for this beer. This is the first of this style I have had so maybe I'm just not a fan of the Dunkelweizen.
This is not like a heffe. Its a darker beer, unfiltered.
O - Medium brown and cloudy like an unfiltered beer should be.
S- Very unique. Reminds me of an old attic. Abstract I know but hey, that's what i felt.
T - Some raisins and banana is the only familiar thing I could attain. Very unique flavor.
F- Feels like a heavier heffe.
Overall, I have no other beers in this style to compare it too. So props to STA for making something different. STA is my favorite Huntsville brewery, But this one is not my personal taste.
