Seriously, someone has to review this stuff!
Look - very little head, deep dark caramel color, a little cloudy
Smell - stone fruit, burnt sugar, vanilla, wood (really, like cedar, separate from the oak)
Taste - Big, a not unpleasant touch of sour, raisins, black cherry
Feel - Coats the mouth just like it should. A really pleasant carbonation that helps it go down easier than you might expect.
What a great surprise here in Huntsville! Didn't expect this at all. Keep it up!
