Poured on draft at taproom
A: Mahogany red with one finger white head. Short retention and light lacing.
S: Tart cherries and charred oak.
T: Ligjhtly sour cherries dominate the flavors. Hints of charred oak and caramel.
M: Medium body and average carbonation
O: Very nice introductory sour. Tart but not over the top. Enjoyable beer for sure.
