Poured from 32 oz crowler obtained at the brewery.
A: Crystal clear golden amber with an orange tint and 2-3 finger fluffy white head. Lasting retention and chunky lacing.
S: Resinous pine, grapefruit pith, and caramel.
T: Big blast of pine and grapefruit with hints of oranges. Lightly sweet caramel finish.
M: Medium to full body with above average carbonation for the ABV. Tending towards a syrup quality on the finish, and alcohol is readily apparent.
O: Good DIPA / TIPA but the hop bitterness is a bit overpowering. A little more citrus and less heat would both be welcome.
