Had this on tap at The Nook in Huntsville, AL this evening. The description was a "Mild Brown Ale."
A: Color was a dark, ruby-tinted brown, mostly clear, with little carbonation. Had a small tan head and no lacing.
S: Aroma was primarily of malts, which you would expect. No hop aromas. The malts had a pleasant caramel sweetness smell.
T: Followed the nose with sweet caramel malts up front, followed by a light bitterness. The malts are the star here and are played well.
M: Medium body and moderately carbonated feel. Dry finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
D: A very refreshing and enjoyable beer. I would definitely look for this one again.
