Pours a cloudy yellow/orange color, some carbonation, nice white foamy head which stuck around for a little while, nice lacing afterwards. Scents of yeast, wheat, apricots, and slight spices. The taste is mostly of wheat and a little bit of apricot/spices. Medium body. Drinkable, a nice little brew at that, would recommend. A nice thirst quencher.

Served on-tap at Groggs in Helper, UT. Stopped by after a long day in the field (geology field trip).
Unfortunately, this beer (and Pinnacle's Raspberry Wheat) is nothing more than the Hefeweizen with a syringe-full of flavored syrup. Still, it's a damn tasty for a "near-beer" and really hit the spot after a hot day.
Pours with a hazy glowing orange body that darkens to a caramel core. A fluffy cap of eggshell white head becomes mottled as it settles. The aroma has hints of light wheat malts, cracker, and a touch of sweet, fresh peaches. Quite surprising, really, and all in my party thought it was brewed with fruit instead of syrup.
The flavor profile is very clean and crisp, with a light mineral bite and a juicy apricot finish. Honestly tasty stuff, and the syrup doesn't overpower the good Hefeweizen wheat notes. Mouthfeel is surprisingly full-bodied for 3.2%, but finishes light and refreshing on the palate. Would definitely have again.
