Formerly Plenty For All
An oat-based Pale Ale that celebrates juicy British malt and hopped with only Mosaic hops grown here in the US. The oats provide mouthfeel that balances a clean dry finish. Plenty for All - no waiting in lines, no scarcity, no trophies, no whales. Drink up, we’ll brew more.

On tap. Poured orange. A far cry from the beer I had prior to this from Notch. Flavors were pretty strong for a smaller brew. West Coast flavors. Potent flavor and aroma of nothing else.

Light amber and nearly clear. Lasting head but, oddly, it leaves no lace.
Beyond the lightly toasted barley malt, I get weedy, very green (asparagus?) nose with a touch of citrus.
Starts with a raw hop cone taste. This dominates the flavor. The body is light and the carbonation is high, surprisingly, considering the presence of oats. The mosaic hop is really the story of this beer. The overall impression is this will work well for hop heads, even if I don't think it qualifies as extreme. For the rest of us, it approaches the category of novelty.

Quart crowler, purchased at brewery.
Lots of white froth, beatiful clarity in the golden hue. Citrusy aroma, some muted pine, clean herb, and orange pith in the nose from the hops ... some graininess in there as well. Smooth and crisp, moderate sized body. Clean graininess, balanced hop bitterness and flavor. Flavor stays, lot of soft orangey resin and clean graininess. This beer is really something special.
