Jedenáckta is our 11° Plato Polotmavý. Czech for “half dark”, this Amber Lager is brewed with Czech floor malted Pils, Vienna and Munich malts for notes of toast, caramel and bread. Czech Sladek hops balance out the malt and provide a spicy finish. This beer also undergoes a unique mashing schedule known as an enhanced double decoction for a more complex malt flavor.

Pours clear, reddish brown in color with one inch head. Taste is brown bread and mineral. Light bodied, slightly sweet with moderate carbonation. Excellent lager. Wow is this good. Super clean. One of best domestic versions of the style. This is everything I like about Notch.

16oz. Can served in a willibecker. Pours a lovely translucent copper with a tight, two-inch, cream-colored head. Nose is fairly subdued - traces of sweetness and bready notes with perhaps a trace of fruit. Taste follows nose - clean and easy drinking with some bready and grassy notes at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. Overall, a very nice and well-balanced example of the style.

Pours an amber with golden hues when raised to the light, not too light like a PNW malleable metal feline lager collab with hype bottom fermentation breweries. This is toasty with a hint of spice. It's like a holiday cookie with a hint of cinnamon or something. It's excellent and worthy of celebrating maybe the best brewery in Massachusetts.

Pours a transparent copper, fluffy white head dissipates relatively quickly. Aroma is a bit of sweet graham crackery malt, solid amount of noble hop spice. Flavor is really well balanced between the graham crackery, toasty malt character and the floral spicy hops. Pretty huge mouthfeel, love the carb level. Prickly without coming close to fizzy. This beer nails the little things, which is even more critical for session beer. Highly recommend it, hope this has some encores throughout the year like Desitka did
