12 oz can, dated almost a year old even though I just ordered from Notch.
pours clear, a light golden in color, bright white head. it's got a pleasant grain flavor, drier finish, a touch of earthy hops. Mouthfeel feels softer, it's not thin and fizzy like many NA beers.

By far, the best tasting low alcohol Pilsner I have tried recently.

Yeah, notch your best work notch. Looks ok from far away, but smells and tastes more like crotch. (sorry for the rather blunt honesty).

Canned 2021/09/08, Notch making a NA beer could be awesome, I'm excited...
Pours a med-large fizzy bubbly almost 2 finger head with lower retention, then settles to a frothy rocky head, mostly clear golden tan color
Nose cereal grain, straw, but a bit of a sorghum-like weird malt character, lots of straw, grain a touch of creamed corn vegetal note, light herbal hop, so far not so great
Taste brings some hops out front, herbal floral, and a touch spicy later, light cereal grain, straw, grassy and a touch vegetal again but not as weird as the nose, touch of bitterness, bit of sweetness, dry finish with med spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med prickly carb
Overall not too good, need to refine the process a bit, hops were on but the malt left a lot to be desired
