Malt forward and balanced, with a spicy hop character and clean finish. Showcasing a Czech lager yeast once used by the original Pilsner brewer, floor malted Czech barley, and the peppery Czech Sladek hops. Triple decocted, open fermented, naturally carbonated, lagered forever.

Pours golden, light amounts of haze, grainy and spicy hop character notes on the nose. Smooth, not a ton of carb. Creamy even. Good but not sure if it’s my favorite. I prefer a little more spritz, more carb.
