Cloudy, straw yellow in color. Thick white head with nice lacing.
Nose is citrus.
Taste is bready and slight citrus. Taste fades pretty quickly. Well done beer.

Crisp, clean and refreshing, not like a garage at all, Notch Brewing gives us a beer that's fairly well suitable for the garage anyway in a cold IPA.
Pouring pale gold and tainted with a light haze, Garageland lures the senses with a bright and citrusy nose, swirling with herb and soft grain, and all hovering above a stark white crown. As its approaching taste resonates with light breadiness, hints of wafer and grain sweetness persists.
With the malt sweetness fleeing quickly from the middle palate, the strengthening hops pack a punch of under ripened orange, lemon and white grapefruit. Hints of honeydew, passionfruit and peach carry a dry and juicy taste into an bitter finish of fresh spruce, herbal grasses, green tea and verbena.
Medium bodied and trending dry, the cold IPA is a beer for sushi lovers, beach goers and perhaps a long hang in the garage too.

Cloudy yellow pour with finger of white foam, spotted lacing. Resinous and piney hops, lemon, grapefruit, with clean malt and decently big yeast in nose. Taste has a very pithy form of citrus with the pine bitters being the star. Throwback that is well done with fuller body for a single ipa. Feel is light and well crafted yeast solid malt and yeast backbone for plenty of hop bitters to play off of

My first cold ipa, and from a brewery that doesn’t make IPAs. Tastes great, but feels like an IPL, but what do I know. Tastes great, like everything notch does.
