This Czech Amber Lager (aka Polotmavy) is brewed with Vienna and Munich malts from Raven Maltings of the Czech Republic. The process and basic recipe is the same as our year round Polotmavy, but with a few differences: the malt has been changed to display the Vienna malt influence from Raven Maltings, and the yeast is a dual strain from Pilsen CZ.

Pours an amber without the reddish tones present in Polotmavy. Beautiful head retention. This was served on the LUKR taps. Overall, this seems to hit on some of the same notes as Polotmavy but without some of the depth of flavor of the immaculate one. Some of the bready toasty notes are missing. And while it is excellent in its own right, it's hard to compare to the GOAT.
