This is a variation on our original Dog & Pony recipe. An American Pale wheat beer brewed with Pilsner and American wheat malt, dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops. Straw gold in color, hazy, delicate in malt flavor, with a pungent citrus / passion fruit aroma.
