From a 16oz can dated "canned on" 12/16/25 into a mug.

Pours a translucent amber color with about a finger of light tan head. Nice retention. Ok lacing.

This can was a gusher so when I tried to sniff the open can I got a snout full of foam. Besides smelling wet, I'm getting some nice bready and caramel notes.

Taste is following the nose with a little bit of a bitter hop kick. Very nice balance between malts and hops.

Almost a sticky, dry, medium bodied mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Light bitter aftertaste.

Very enjoyable Vienna Lager.

16 oz can

Pours a clear medium amber in color, thick white head. Leaves rings of thick lacing on the glass to show each gulp. Pleasant toasted malt aroma with a touch of earthy hops. Similar taste, well balanced. Medium bodied, smooth feel.

Canned 05/07/25. 16oz can served in a willibecker. This beer is lovely in the glass. Pours a lovely translucent copper with a fluffy two-fingered, cream-colored head that slowly settles into … Nose reveals aromas of caramel malt, bread and earthy, noble hops. Taste consistent with nose with the hops character leading the charge in the flavor profile. Malt character is somewhat subdued; however, it reasserts at the end with a sour mash character. There’s also a roasty character across the middle. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an assertive carbonation. Overall, definitely a well-crafted example of the style, but I think this one might be a little past its prime. I’ll need to revisit and update when I have the opportunity to try a fresher offering.

16 oz. can dated 05/07/25

Pours amber red-brown orange with a creamy off-white foam head. Full flavored notes of toasted dark bread, grainy caramelized malts, hint of dried fruit, apricot, peppery spice, straw, with some floral earthy herbal grassy hops. Feels medium lighter bodied, crisp, creamy smooth and refreshing. Overall a really nice Vienna style amber lager.
