The Crow uses the Valley’s Standard Pilsner malt and Vienna Maize. The Vienna Maize is what gives the Crow its golden hue and brings a subtle biscuit-y sweetness. We enjoy the depth of flavor and versatility that corn brings to our beers. We also dry hop the Crow, post fermentation and at a lower temperature, we use Crystal hops which have an earthy, woody spice and subtle floral notes. The Crow is 4.2%, a beautiful crystal clear golden yellow, with a malty sweetness that is balanced by the woody spice of Crystal.

Beautiful corn yellow. A little biscuit, earth and spice from the hops. At 4.2 ABV this is a great beer for day drinking and watching the collage BB game beer. Terrific.
