Red in color. Unique in taste. Toasty Munich and sweet caramel malts are balanced carefully with the spiciness of rye and caraway to create a highly-sessionable seasonal.

Appearance: Clear, medium to dark reddish-copper with a thick light tan head of fine long-lasting foam
Aroma: Light to moderate caramel aroma with a faint German hop and Pils malt background
Flavor: medium caramel with a moderate amount of German style hop flavors with a fairly substantial but pleasant hop bitterness to help balance the sweet caramel maltiness although balance is still a bit toward the malt. There is a significant spiciness likely coming from the rye malt (although the brewer noted that caraway seeds were also used) that adds a rich complexity but without resembling an over-spiced winter beer.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, medium carbonation
Overall: An extremely quaffable beer that begs a second pour. Love the rye and caramel character in combination with a clean lager profile but with significant hop bitterness (like a German pilsner) for a good backbone to the flavorful malt.
