A nice, light beer. Pours a cloudy copper color with a small, fast fading off white head. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma is very good. lots of raspberries, not sweet syrup, but fresh raspberries. There are other fruit aromas too, but I can't identify them apricots and peaches like it says on the bottle. Surprisingly strong aroma!!! Taste is like a light wheat ale with plenty of raspberries. Other undetermined fruit flavors are present with a little wheat bitterness. Mouthfeel is rich enough for alight wheat ale. Crisp beer not too sweet despite all the fruit, It goes down very easy. A good summertime thirst quencher. I would drink this one again.

It is a light amber color with hues of fruity orange in it. The head is thin and white from the bottle. It legit smells like apricot. Like wow, real apricot smells and taste coming from this fruited ale. It is fairly light and a bit acidic, not sour or sweet. It has subtle, delicious, and balanced fruit flavors. If you are ever in Norfolk, Virginia, be sure to find one or more to enjoy.

I don't see a date listed on the bottle.

Appearance: The beer has an opaque brown-orange body with somewhat low saturation of color. It has a short white head that is mostly smooth with a few waves across the surface. Large chunks appear in the glass as the beer nears the bottom of the bottle, creating a rather gross looking beer, so care when pouring is advised.

Aroma: There is a scent of raspberry which is very clear and noticeable. It has a bit of a cream-like aroma as well which gives it a bit of a raspberries and cream scent.

Taste: Up front there is raspberry flavor with a light bit of shredded wheat character. Towards the middle of the mouth a bit more of a classical wheat cracker flavor comes through. Towards the end there is a bit of lemon and lime flavor as the beer tapers off to a raspberry finish. At times hints of strawberry comes through.

Mouthfeel: The body feels medium-light up front and by the time the beer finishes it feels much lighter. Carbonation is high but it seems to work for this beer. No bitterness. There is a touch of tartness to the beer which lends towards the overall drinkability which is more of a sipper.

Overall: The label states that this is a "FRUITED WHEAT ALE" and that it is BREWED WITH RASPBERRY, APRICOT, & WHITE PEACH." The raspberry comes through on the aroma and flavor, but the other fruits don't seem to show up. As a wheat beer it does a decent job. Be careful when pouring this beer as it can get chunky. If I drank it again I would rather try it on tap where there would hopefully be less sediment. If you like raspberries it might be worth trying but as a whole the beer didn't have a lot going on. The advertised flavors seemed absent which was a bit disappointing. The beer is still tasty as a raspberry beer. I probably wouldn't buy it again unless I could try it on tap.
