Small pour at Thrash Zone in Yokohama.
Dark reddish amber with a creamy khaki-colored head. Smell is cherry wood, raisins, Bigfoot, some kind
of dark stewed fruit. Taste is much woodier, Bigfoot without so much malt. Hella bitter. Wouldn't call it boozy, 11% is well-hidden. Nuts, some toffee residue. Mouthfeel is almost shockingly thin, but dry in an attractive way. Overall, it's not bad, but it seems like a not-so-successful attempt at riffing on Bigfoot.
