A bakeapple is otherwise known as a cloudberry. It us sweet, juicy and mildly sour like the beer.
The appearance features no head and no lace whatsoever. Darker gold color and clear.
The smell is mostly citrusy sour with a slight sweetness.
The beer mimics the smell with a tart beginning and a touch of salt. Fairly full bodied, the carbonation is low. The finish isn't quite lip smacking but it's close.
