Extremely carbonated, maybe too much. Nice clean, slightly salty flavour. Good beer. Great use of native ingredients, one to be proud of.

Appearance: Traditionally unfiltered, orange colour with a persistent head and lacing.
Aroma: Smells like a Gose! Classic Saison yeast profile with an almost salty lemon finish.
Flavour: Traditionally highly carbonated, light body. Woody and earthy hops add a very balanced and pleasant bitterness.
Cracking beer.. My favourite from the Dungarvan range. Everyone should taste this. More of this please!!
