I think this is the Opat Kvasničák that I had on tap at the Prague Beer Museum. From notes.
This beer is 100% black and totally opaque with a huge tan head and immaculate lacing.
The nose is overwhelming chocolate. This is seriously the most intense chocolate smelling beer I've ever encountered. It's like I'm licking the batter from the bowl after making a chocolate cake.
The flavor is surprisingly roasty and dry, not too sweet at all. Chocolate is there but not as overwhelming as the nose.
I could ask for more body, this is clearly a lager. It makes it drinkable, but with a beer this dark and intense you want a little more to hold it up.
Definitely a lager and not a stout or a porter, but wow what a beer. I would drink these all night.

A - totally dark black, can't see through, very nice head
S - wonderful chocolate. Like hot chocolate, nothing else, just chocolate.
T - absolute chocolate taste, like chocolate liquor, hot chocolate, cherry bonbonniere, very long aftertaste and end
M - medium to high carbonation with medium to full body
D - drinkable, fresh and veeery chocolate.. like you are in cafeteria or patisserie. Lovely one.
