Burnt russet clear color. Minimal ringed off white head. Smells a bit oaky, slightly tart and bitter smell. Taste is very complex. The bitterness is there, along with wood earth hints from the barrels, and wine taste from the pinot lingers off the end. Smooth medium body that finishes very tart. Well done. Good body. Great complexity.
