My first from Full Pint, brewed in an inner suburb with a brewpub in Pittsburgh (which after only 24 hours, I'm impressed by their world of beer... all brewers previously local to me with little to no Illinois distribution.) So it is good to see it thriving.

All-In Amber Looks like it could have more red, but is inviting enough. Smells are mostly malt (but OK with me.) Tastes are the same. but just enough hops to balance out. Sits fine enough in my mouth.

Bottle to becher pint glass, the appearance was a stiff dark amber color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Sly remnant of sliding semi-messy lace.
The aroma had the malts up front, somewhat bready/biscuit with a clean toffee sweetness and then some earthy to ever so slightly sweet citrusy playful hoppiness, not so bitter but not so sweet, just a noticeable sort of hoppiness.
The flavor presented the sweetness from the malts initially and then followed through on the hops managing to create a sly sweetness as well. Light warming showed some bitterness and then the earthiness and the citrus followed through in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty nice as an amber/red ale. I expected nothing more and didn't expect anything less.

Full Pint Brewing Company All in Amber Ale 5.8% ABV. 25 IBU's
I had this one at the brewery a long while ago and just had it at The Map Room in our Regent Square area of Pittsburgh on tap. I had it while watching the Pens beat the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Stanley Cup semi-finals, which is a fitting time to have this beer. It really seems like a beer you would have while watching a sporting event. In fact, it reminds me of Yuengling Lager minus the skunky aftertaste. It tastes pretty close to a lager also. The brewery has dubbed it an ale though.
Look: copper, clear, starts out with a tiny head, left with no head, or lacing at all after a very short time.
smell: bready, malty, slightly sweet smell
taste: Malt forward, bread, slight sweetness
feel: very light, clean
The website says it uses chocolate and brown malts along with Pale and a host of others. It also says they use fuggle and warrior hops. It falls pretty heavily on the easy drinking beer side of things and honestly couldn't taste the hops.
It ended up being pretty average. It is odd that you don't taste the presence of the hops because the majority of the beers from Full Pint are very heavily hopped beers. I was expecting to taste some at the least.

I like the All-in Amber....I think its an easy drinking beer and would enjoy any time of year. The beer poured a light amber with thin white head that is only leaving a spotty lace. The scent is non-descript and the taste is nicely balanced with light bread notes and a slight bitterness at the end to clean the pallet. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall quite nice....I like it.
